More precisely, Henry grew up in Les Ulis, a satellite town in the southwest in the Essonne département, where children, according to John Goodbody in The Times (London), “still use the trolleys from the supermarkets as goals for their spontaneous games [1].” Henry’s first coach, Claude Chezelle, suffers from heart ailments and will watch the final on television rather than at the Stade de France. Now 71, Chezelle recalls the family’s direction and the discipline of “Titi,” who thrived despite life in un quartier difficile: “He was always lively, never sad.”
