I do not respond to queries from blog aggregators or, regrettably, from footballers seeking trials. I am not affiliated with coaches, academies or agents, but I wish all aspiring female and male players success in realizing their dreams.
I welcome original articles or queries about potential essays, interviews, photography, fiction, poetry, translations and so on. Before submitting, please read about the site mission. I favor hands-on reporting over opinion, creativity over repetition. First-person encounters with women’s and grassroots football are almost always of interest. To sum up, I’m much more likely to publish a conversation with an eight-year-old street player in Kinshasa than pre-season prognostications for La Liga.

As far as I know, one can cut and paste the full text of articles into the message box below. I’ll do my best to respond promptly. Thanks very much for your interest in this site and for taking time to connect.
